Our Story

We’re Hannah and Thomas, the co-founders of Pip + Willow. Our business lives at the intersection of a deep respect for animals and a love of design. Together, we’ve built Pip + Willow, which is grounded in care for animals and intentional curation.

As partners in life and in business, we bring different strengths but share the same values. That balance shapes how we curate, how we serve our community, and how we grow. Every decision is guided by a belief that pet essentials should be as functional for you and your pet as they are beautiful and well-made.

Pip + Willow was inspired by our own experience as dog owners in Canada, where layering and durability are necessities. We found ourselves searching for pieces that met practical needs without compromising on aesthetic. When those options felt limited, we created a place where purposeful design and everyday function exist seamlessly together—so others wouldn’t have to choose between the two.

Pip + Willow exists because of the bond we share with our rescue dogs, Piper and Willa, and our hope is to support that same meaningful connection in your home. We see ourselves as their guardians and family rather than their owners, and that perspective guides every choice we make, from the materials we select to the way we curate each collection.

Meet Our Dogs

PIPER

Piper joined our family in 2019, just before the world shifted. She came to us as a rescue from Texas - sharp, intuitive, gentle, and always full of personality. She adores Thomas and saves her most playful moments for him, though she leans into Hannah whenever she needs reassurance. She’s Hannah’s soul-dog, and from the moment she arrived, she has been a gentle compass in our lives.

WILLA

Willa came home in October 2025, also a rescue from Texas, and she found her place with us immediately. She’s tiny at seven pounds, yet carries herself with a bravery that feels much bigger. She navigates the world fully deaf and half-blind which means life can surprise her, but she meets each day with sweetness and resilience. She seeks comfort from Hannah, draws strength from Thomas’s calm, brings out Piper’s playful side, and finds reassurance in her steady presence.
