Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Pip + Willow purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unused and have all original tags attached.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item. To start a return, you can contact us at care@pipandwillow.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We recommend carefully consulting the size guides before purchasing. If you’re unsure about sizing, email us at care@pipandwillow.ca before placing your order to confirm the best fit.
Refunds
Once received, returns are typically processed within 3–5 business days. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at care@pipandwillow.ca.
Final Sale Items
All sale or clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 10 days of receipt. We will cover all return or exchange shipping fees and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
