Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping methods at checkout:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order details and location.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD. This offer applies to domestic orders only and will be automatically applied at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may affect your delivery date.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at care@pipandwillow.ca and we'll work with you to make it right.
